At Reach Finance, we treat your claim as if it were our own personal claim. Because we operate on a No Win / No Fee basis we only get paid once the claim has been settled so treating your claim as if it were ours makes perfect sense.

A personal claims advisor will be assigned to you at the outset and will be your contact throughout the process.

Your advisor will take time to talk things through with you so you understand precisely what is involved.

We also keep you fully informed during the time the claim is being looked into. We will provide updates to you on a regular basis and your advisor will telephone you at least once a month to let you know how things are progressing.

We’re open six days a week to answer any questions you may have.

If you currently have or have had a loan or loans in the past with PPI then it is highly likely that we will be able to get a full rebate of all premiums paid plus the interest on those premiums plus compensation. Often these amounts can be substantial (up to 30% of the amount borrowed).

We also look at cases of mortgage mis-selling by IFAs and mortgage brokers.

Our role will be to handle the claim on your behalf, correspond and negotiate with lenders whilst keeping you fully informed at all times.

A dedicated claim handler will be assigned to you personally and once a month as a minimum will call you to provide an update on your claim and answer any questions you may have.

There are no up front fees to pay to us. We simply take a percentage of the claim payout assuming we are successful. In the unlikely event that we do not win your claim then you pay nothing.

Our success rate is over 90%.
